Merigold products are manufactured in a FDA registered, NPA CGMP certified manufacturing facilities. Each product is strictly defined with clear specifications in terms of ingredients’ identity and potency by our R&D formulation specialists. Then, each ingredients specification is set up for sourcing the authentic raw material with required potency levels.
Comprehensive Quality Control of Raw Materials
When raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers, our quality control specialists will verify identity and quality using scientifically valid methods- materials not meeting the specification will be rejected and returned. Raw materials are strictly controlled and have to pass identity tests, potency tests, microbiology tests, and heavy metal tests. All materials are from non-GMO sources. Raw materials are not released to production unless they pass all required tests. Production thoroughly follows manufacturing instruction, and additional in process QC tests are conducted periodically to prevent discrepancies. Once products are finished, they will be sent to lab tests again to make sure it meets all specifications and not contaminated through manufacturing processes.
